Video reviews in Product Reviews

Buyers can now add short videos to their product reviews through the in-store Write a review form, so the proof on your product page is not limited to photos and text.

Until now, a review could carry text and images only.

What's new

Videos appear on the Main Reviews Widget, Featured Reviews, Happy Customers Page, and Reviews Carousel, shown as a tap-to-play thumbnail inside the review.

How it works

Video reviews are off by default. You enable them from your Product Reviews settings. Each video can be up to 200 MB and 120 seconds long, in MP4, MOV, or WebM format, and a buyer can attach up to 5 videos to a single review.
