Who can become a Vitals partner? − Course creators, YouTube creators, Shopify experts, social media influencers, email marketers, freelancers, agencies. Everyone from the Shopify ecosystem. We are a Built for Shopify product.
How are commissions calculated? + On our net revenue after Shopify takes its API commission. For a $29.99 subscription, net revenue is $24.50. Your percentage applies to that, on all revenue from your links.
When is a referral successful? + Once the free trial ends and Shopify charges the merchant for Vitals.
When and how are payments made? + Between the 15th and 20th of the following month, via PayPal or wire transfer, once your balance passes $100.
What happens with refunds? + A refund processed before payout decreases that payout; one processed after impacts your next month’s balance.
Is lifetime revenue really lifetime? + Yes, no catch. Everything we do is for the long run. The same goes for our partners.
