EU Withdrawal Button available to every merchant

The EU Withdrawal Button is now visible to every merchant in the Vitals apps catalog, under Protect. It gives EU shoppers, or all your shoppers if you prefer, the withdrawal function EU law requires stores to offer, and gives you one place to handle the requests that come in.

What's new

The app lives at Apps, Protect, EU Withdrawal Button, with three tabs: Requests, Customize, and Email.

How it works

A button is added to your store footer, so it is reachable from every page. A shopper enters their order number and email, submits the request, and receives a confirmation email with the details of what they sent. Every incoming request lands in a single list, where you mark it Approved or Rejected.

Because the footer button is customer-facing, it is worth checking how it sits with your theme after you set it up.
