Ask Shopify Sidekick about your Vitals data

Vitals is now connected to Shopify Sidekick, the assistant built into the Shopify admin, so you can ask about your Vitals numbers in plain language and get an answer without leaving Shopify.

Until now, checking any of this meant opening the Vitals dashboard.

What you can do

Eight tools are live across four apps.

Product Reviews covers your rating, review counts, what is pending moderation, and recent reviews, so you can ask something like "How many reviews need moderation?"

Upsell Builder covers 30-day revenue, orders, conversion, offer health, and top offers, for questions like "How much did my upsells make this month, and which perform best?"

Visitor Replays covers 30-day session stats, the funnel, and recent sessions with their summaries, for "Show me recent abandoned-checkout sessions."

Sticky Add to Cart covers 30-day bar performance and whether the bar is currently live, for "Is my sticky add-to-cart bar showing on mobile?"

How it works

The integration is read-only. It reports numbers and never changes a setting, an offer, or a review. Anything you want to edit still goes through the Vitals app.
