Redesigned Pop-ups settings and new image options

Pop-ups has a redesigned settings layout and a new set of image controls. You can set separate images for mobile and desktop, select an image directly from your product catalog, and reuse images across popups from an image library.

Until now, every popup needed its image uploaded and sized for one screen.
