Phone number collection and per-popup settings in Pop-ups

Any popup can now collect a mobile phone number and sync it straight to the Shopify customer profile. Each popup also gets its own color scheme and a two-step mini preview, and all of its settings are managed inline on the popup rather than in a separate settings card.

Until now, popup settings lived in one shared card, so every popup carried the same configuration.
