Four unused app blocks removed from the theme editor

Four leftover app blocks have been removed from the Shopify theme editor. They only ever appeared there, and were never used for their intended purpose, so there should be nothing to notice beyond a shorter list.

Until now, they sat in the block list without doing anything.
